Panko Crumbed Mozzarella – £10

Truffle, parmesan, chilli jam.

Steamed Cornish mussels, ’nduja (pork), confit garlic, parsley.

Crispy Pork Belly Pizza – £18

San Marzano tomato sauce, fior di latte, jalapeño, BBQ.

Brixham Plaice on the Bone – £28

“Tartare” butter sauce, new potatoes.
A seaside classic with a Figurati! twist. Soft, buttery plaice served with a sharp, creamy tartare butter and tender new potatoes. Simple, refined, and full of flavour. (GF)

Lamb Shank Ossobuco – £28

Risotto Milanese, braising jus.
Slow-cooked lamb that falls from the bone, resting on a creamy, saffron-scented risotto. Rich, decadent, and exactly what cold evenings call for. (GF)

Candied pecans, salted caramel gelato.
