New Limited Edition Dishes at Figurati: Okay so Dubai Chocolate isn’t the only thing on our limited edition menu obviously but it’s a really exciting one so you’re going to have to wait until the end to hear it. We hate to be so very British about everything but these little signs of Spring are getting us excited ….. Our Bride Valley Dorset Chardonnay is back for the featured wine with summer flowers on the nose and a fruity palate.
This new selection is a balance, featuring prime cuts, seafood, and well-sourced produce. Whether you’re looking for a rich, comforting dish or something lighter, there’s a lot to appreciate.
A Standout Wine Pairing
To complement the menu, Figurati! has selected the Bride Valley Dorset Chardonnay (£11.5 per glass | £45 per bottle). This English white wine has bright citrus and floral notes, with a crisp acidity that makes it a versatile pairing, equally suited to the richness of the venison as it is to the delicacy of the sole.
The New Dishes
Devon Crab Mac & Cheese Bites (£12)
A refined take on a comfort classic, these bites combine brown crab meat with a creamy emulsion, finished with a parmesan crisp. Rich, savoury, and indulgent, they’re a perfect way to start the meal.

Casarecce All’Amatriciana (£18.5)
This dish leans into the simplicity of high-quality ingredients. Guanciale (cured pork cheek), San Marzano tomatoes, chilli, garlic, and parmesan come together in a rich, deeply flavoured sauce that coats the twisted casarecce pasta perfectly.

Pizza Alla Bistecca (£20)
A standout addition, this is a meat-forward take on pizza, topped with grilled bavette steak, green peppercorn sauce, and fior di latte. Crispy onions and potato add texture, making it a hearty, full-flavoured option.

New Forest Venison Loin (£28)
A carefully balanced dish that highlights the quality of the meat. The venison is paired with salt-baked celeriac, cavolo nero, and anise-glazed carrots, adding depth and contrast to the dish while keeping it fresh and well-balanced.

Grilled Sole (£22)
For a lighter option, the grilled sole is served with chilli, lemon, and zucchini salad, finished with wild garlic dressing and toasted pine nuts. Clean, delicate flavours with a bit of punch from the seasoning.

Dubai Chocolate “Bar” (£9.50)
A dessert that doesn’t hold back—this rich chocolate bar is paired with pistachio gelato, offering a balance of creamy, nutty, and sweet elements. Built off of the back of the viral sensation that is the Dubai Chocolate bars, this is our twist on it and has been our most successful specials dessert already only having been on the menu for a few days.

We have a wide range on the menu this time so there really is something for everyone, and hopefully on the sunnier days you can join us on the terrace outside too.
See you soon!
